Hello, Lisa! Welcome to planDisney.
You will be happy to hear that the
Disneyland Resort offers
Disability Access Service (DAS) to Guests visiting the Theme Parks.
There are two ways that you can register for DAS:
- Pre-register online via live video chat with a Cast Member. Please note that all park visits must be within 30 to 2 days of the live chat.
- Register in person at City Hall, or any Guest Relations location.
If you decide to register in person, I can tell you from second-hand experience that the registration process is swift and easy! And if you decide to pre-register, that would save you some time on the day of your visit.
Through DAS, you (and five additional guests) qualify for booking up to 2 one-hour return windows per day for
select experiences. If you have also purchased
Disney Genie+ for yourself, DAS can be used in conjunction with the Genie+ service and Individual Lightning Lane purchases.
Lisa, if you have additional questions regarding DAS, feel free to call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to
disability.services@disneyland.com.
You are also welcome to come back and visit us here at
planDisney, Lisa! I wish you and your family the happiest visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Your Pal,
Alejandra
