    Hello, I am hoping to book a Fantasmic! Dessert Party for early next month, but am not seeing any times available beyond this month. Is the party going away?

    The Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios is such a unique spin on a dessert party at Walt Disney World where guests receive a box of treats and a beverage and then are taking to the VIP viewing area to enjoy the treats and the show.  I did this experience a couple years ago and thought it was fantastic!

    Dessert parties and special activities reservations seem to run on their own set of rules as far as how far in advance you can book them.  Some share the same 180 days in advance rule that standard dining reservations abide by, some are 90 days, some are 30 days and some are, well, there's no telling what their rules are.  I searched for any rumblings that this experience was ending and didn't come up with anything and even spoke with a Cast Member on the phone who hasn't heard of it ending either.  She informed me that it's possible dates past September haven't been loaded into the system just yet, but her best advice is to keep checking for availability, which is also my best advice.  It is possible this is one of the special events whose dates won't be loaded into the system until the 1st of the month for that month.  Patience might be the key to this one, which I know is hard when you want to plan out everything in advance.  That's how my brain works!
