As a fellow former Annual Passholder I was saddened by the news that our beloved Annual Passport program will be sunsetting. But I am excited about the new membership offerings that will be introduced in the future. As you already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passport if you are entitled to one. If the applicable refund is unable to be returned to the credit card, a check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of the Annual Passport sale or renewal. If your mailing address has changed as well, I encourage you to reach out to Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714) 781-7277.
