    Hello, I heard Disneyland is reimbursing their annual pass holders days that was not used after parks were closed, due to covid. We had a higher tier annual pass and used a credit card we no longer have. Do you know when and how people will be reimbursed?

    As a fellow former Annual Passholder I was saddened by the news that our beloved Annual Passport program will be sunsetting. But I am excited about the new membership offerings that will be introduced in the future. Plus, as an added benefit Annual Passholders will receive a 30% discount on select merchandise at select locations in the Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street Monday through Thursday.     As you already know, a pro rata refund will be issued for your Annual Passport if you are entitled to one. If the applicable refund is unable to be returned to the credit card, a check will be mailed to the billing address provided at the time of the Annual Passport sale or renewal. If your mailing address has changed as well, I encourage you to reach out to Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS (714) 781-7277. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you with updating your mailing address. Please visit Disneyland.com/PassportRefund for more information.
