Hello and welcome to planDisney Zachary! I understand your frustration because the same thing has happened to me.
I suggest making sure you have the most updated version of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. I have even had to uninstall and then re-install the app. If you do these steps and the information you input matches what is on your reservation, and you still have issues, the next step would be to
contact Disney Cruise Line directly for support.
Once your reservation is linked, you can make payments and complete Online Check-In before your cruise. The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will be your guide to all the
daily activities and
rotational dining schedule once onboard. You will also be able to chat with your wife and others in your travel party using the Onboard Chat feature.
