Hi there Lisa, I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with your great question!
It sounds like you're about to head to the
"Happiest Place on Earth" with an entire Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, how fun! It can be challenging to book
dining reservations for that large of a group so I do have some recommendations for you.
I recommend trying to make 3 separate reservations for groups of 8 guests. You will need to ask a few friends with separate Disneyland Resort accounts to help make the reservations as well, otherwise it will not let you make multiple reservations at the same time. You can try to make the reservations within 15 minutes of each other, and then when you arrive to the restaurant, you can kindly ask a Cast Member if they're able to seat you near each other. It may be difficult with that large of a group and during a busy time, but it never hurts to politely ask and see if they can help accommodate! You could also call
Guest Services to see if they have any other recommendations or suggestions for large parties.
If for some reason there are not dining reservations that work for your group, the Disneyland Resort has so many great
quick service dining options that I'm sure your group would enjoy!
Hungry Bear Restaurant in
Disneyland Park has a large seating area with some great shade to cool off while you enjoy your meal, and
Alien Pizza Planet in Tomorrowland is another great option to grab a slice of pizza and sit near the entrance of Space Mountain! Over in
Disney California Adventure Park,
Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta and
Paradise Garden Grill in Paradise Gardens Park not only have delicious meal options, but there is a great outdoor seating area usually accompanied by live entertainment! It's a great place to relax and take a break from the California sun.
I hope this information was helpful for you Lisa and you're able to get your dining reservations secured! If you need help with anything else before your trip, please
come back to planDisney!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
