I'm thrilled to hear about your group's upcoming visit and happy to help! It sounds like you may have handled the resort reservations and ticket purchases for your travel party, but planning is always more fun (and certainly easier on the lead guest) when everyone can pitch in. If your group wants the flexibility to plan dining reservations, park days, and
Lightning Lane Passes on their own, you can share the fun by connecting via the
Family & Friends list.
Open your
My Disney Experience app, click the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right, then scroll down to select "Profile" toward the bottom of the page. Next, click the link for "Family & Friends List" at the top to view and add guests. If you created a profile for your friends when making your room or ticket purchase, they'll likely have "Plans Managed by Me" listed below their name. If so, open each profile one at a time, then select "Send Email," which will generate a request for them to approve. If they already have their own My Disney Experience account, this should merge plans, but you can reach out to a Cast Member for support if you run into any issues.
You also have the option to "Add A Guest" at the bottom of your Family & Friends list for anyone who might not already be included in your reservation. You'll see the option to "find through my connected guests," manually enter their name and age, or
scan/manually input their linking code if they already have an active My Disney Experience account.
Once all your pals accept your invite to connect, they'll be able to
link the resort reservation to their My Disney Experience account, view their linked theme park admission, and make other plans during your visit like dining, tours, and Enchanting Extras.
Advance dining reservations are available 60 days ahead, so you're already within your booking window based on an arrival date of November 1st.
