Hello, I had Disney World tickets for September 26th, 27th, and 28th, of course, the 27th and 28th were canceled, will I be able to reuse these tickets and my ticket upgrades in the future? If so, how do I go about using them? Thank you...

Hello Dennis, and welcome to planDisney!

I am sorry that the recent hurricane impacted your recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I can certainly understand the disappointment.

There is some good news, per the Weather Updates & Information on the Walt Disney World website, “Partially used multi-day theme park tickets with a validity window impacted by closure due to Hurricane Ian will be automatically extended to allow use of the remaining unused ticket days through September 30, 2023. In order to enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket for the same park on the same date are required.” This means that you can use the remaining unused impacted days from now until September 30, 2023.

If you view your “Tickets and Passes” on the My Disney Experience mobile app, any remaining days should be noted under the tickets in question (if applicable). When the time comes, you will be able to make your theme park reservations because your tickets are already linked. If you do not see the remaining days that were affected for some reason, it might be a good idea to call (407)934-7639 and get assistance from a cast member. I hope this helps.

We will be here if you need us; let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical day!
