Hi there, Elizabeth, and welcome to planDisney!
How cool is it that there’s a chance that you still have a bit of pixie dust in your hands there. Let’s jump right into the process of how to check the value of your Walt Disney World
theme park tickets. The great news is that you still have an unused day, which means that there may still be life in your undated theme park tickets. Here are a couple of ways that you can look into this:
-Take a photo of the front and back of your physical theme park tickets and send the photos to Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. I recommend including your name and the date of purchase as well. This usually takes up to two weeks to get a response from a Cast Member. I see that you arrive in less than that time, but it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try.
-You can wait until you arrive to Florida. With your tickets in hand, visit any theme park ticket window, a Guest Relations location, or the Disney Springs Disney Ticket Center. A friendly Cast Member will be able to determine if the tickets have value.
AN EXTRA GEM: From there, you’ll probably need to make a theme park reservation, so make sure you link the ticket to your MyDisney Account. I wouldn’t want you to miss out on your favorite theme park because you want to visit on a date that’s already reached capacity.
Elizabeth, I’m wishing on the evening star that you have some value on your tickets.
Please revisit us here at planDisney if you have any other Disney holiday planning questions. Any of the panelists will be more than happy to help.
Magic always,
LeAndra
