Sometimes life sneaks up on us, and we must make tough decisions like do we ride Slinky Dog Dash or Tower of Terror? Or even worse, we have to decide to cancel a trip because of circumstances that are beyond our control. I’m sorry to hear that you are in that situation.
The current
Walt Disney World cancellation policy offers a full refund if you cancel a Disney Resort Hotel Package at least 30 days before your arrival.
If you cancel between 29 and 2 days before your trip, you’ll receive a refund but incur a $200 penalty per room, and this includes any theme park tickets that are bundled with your package.
If you cancel one day or less before your scheduled arrival, the entire package becomes non-refundable.

Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line where a friendly Cast Member will help you with the cancellation.
