    Hello, I can't find where to make a payment for vacation package on Disney site or the app. Can someone please help me?

    I'm happy to hEAR you've purchased a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. There is so much magic in the air at Walt Disney World and so many awesome new things on the horizon! Very soon, all four theme parks will be joining forces to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort with The World's Most Magical Celebration. It's going to be amazing, and I can't wait to experience all there is to see and do at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    It sounds like you've already explored the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app to try and make a payment on your Disney vacation package. I'll try and give some tips to see if you can resolve the issue!

    First, sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Visit the "My Plans" page and check to see if your Resort Hotel reservation is linked to your account. If it is, you should see a "Make a Payment" tab at the top of the page. If it's not linked, you can hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab, select "Link a Reservation" and follow the prompts to link your reservation using the confirmation number and last name of the lead Guest on the reservation. (Please note: For a "room-only" reservation, your balance will be due when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.)

    If you've successfully linked your Resort reservation to your account, and still don't see the "Make a Payment" tab, you can try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If you still don't see the payment tab, you may need to reach out to a helpful Disney Cast Member for help with your account. You can submit a request for assistance using this online email form, or you can call to speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-7675.

    I hope this helps, and you will soon be enjoying a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
