Hello, I had to cancel my Disney Park Reservation. I know that I am able to reschedule, but how can I tell what the expiration date on my ticket is? Meaning, when do I need to rebook my ticket for, in order not to lose it entirely?

Hi there, Samantha! Thanks so much for reaching out to us here at planDisney!

I'm so happy to see you know the ins and outs of the theme park reservation system! When it comes to the expiration date for tickets purchased this year, single-day tickets expire December 23, 2023 while multi-day tickets expire January 12, 2024. There's a fairly long runway for your magic carpet on these to give Guests some flexibility in their planning! If you aren't sure when you purchased your ticket, the expiration should also be visible within the Disneyland Mobile App. When you open the app, click on the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". Here, you can scroll through to see any active tickets, Magic Keys, and parking vouchers you might be holding on your account. On your ticket, the expiration should be there just under the barcode. Even if you are unable to visit before your expiration date, you can always apply the value of your original ticket to a brand new ticket! If you have any questions about your expiration or are having trouble locating it, our Guest Services team would be happy to help you!

While you are tuning up your magic carpet for your return visit, be sure to check out the brand new planDisney Podcast! Episode 2 just dropped this week and it is ALL about Disneyland tips and tricks, including some of the best spots to see the new nighttime spectaculars! I learned a thing or two myself from my fellow panelists! It's a great way to get excited about your trip!

Samantha, the magic awaits! If you have any more questions about your planning, we are always here for you at planDisney
