Hello, I will be bringing my brother, who has Down's Syndrome, to WDW for a vacation in a few weeks. We will be staying at Coronado Springs. It is important for my brother's sake that we be near a bus stop. Is there a way to assure this can be done?

Welcome to the Moms Panel Matthew!

My family loves the Coronado Springs Resort. The main pool is beautiful!

I'm not sure if you had them make a note of your special room request on your reservation when you booked your trip or not.  I'd go ahead and contact the Coronado Springs Resort directly at 407-939-1000.  Explain your situation.  They will make a note on your reservation. Please keep in mind that it is a "request". They will do their best to accommodate your request but can't guarantee it. Be sure to also mention that when you arrive to check in.

Please let us know if you have any other questions during your planning.  It is our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
