I am so sorry to hear that you cannot see your tickets and your reservations in the
My Disney Experience app. I can certainly understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you are looking forward to your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation and do not want any issues.
I have had a similar issue that has happened to me where I was unable to see my reservation. Luckily, everything was still intact, and things worked out. On one occasion, I was able to access my reservation using my computer via the My Disney Experience website instead of using the My Disney Experience mobile app on my smartphone. If you continue to have issues, I suggest contacting Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and speaking with a cast member to ensure that your reservations are still in place, which I am sure they are.
