Hi Aoife,
Welcome to planDisney! We are delighted to see you stopping by with a great question!
It sounds like you have two possible options. First, if you are already connected with this person in your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience and the ticket is linked to your account, see if you can reassign the ticket. From the My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into the mobile app and click on My Tickets & Passes. Your theme park tickets should appear in My Tickets & Passes. Swipe over until you see the ticket. Look for the option to Reassign Ticket underneath the ticket barcode.
If the ticket is not yet linked to either MyDisney account, then you will need to link it. You could try sending the family member the digital info for the ticket and then letting them link it. From the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on My Tickets & Passes and then click on Link Tickets & Passes. If neither of these suggestions works, I recommend that you
call to speak with a cast member in Website Support.
Once everyone has those theme park tickets linked, be sure that you all are sharing all plans. To check, log into the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, scroll down to Account and then click on Profile. Then click on Family & Friends List. Select one of your family & Friends members and click on their name. From there you should see options to Share All My Plans or an option for Only Plans We Share. Then, review the options for
Disney MagicMobile Service to make sure you all have digital admission cards to use when scanning into the theme parks.
Aoife, if you have not yet booked a few
advanced dining reservations, I strongly encourage you to do so prior to arrival. We always have a few dining locations that we have prioritized, so I make a note of our
advanced dining reservation booking window and then try to book those reservations as soon as that reservation booking window opens!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
