At this time, Will-Call ticket numbers are unable to be linked via the My Disney Experience mobile app, which is why you've been prompted to head over to the
Walt Disney World Resort website to get it done.
In order for you to input your Will-Call reservation number and get your Theme Park tickets, you'll need to navigate to the website, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on
My Plans. Once here, scroll down just a bit until you see the Park Tickets option, and click on Link Tickets. You should immediately see a blank field where you'll be able to input your Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID for up to 10 Tickets or Passes.
If this is still showing up as an error on your end, I encourage you to clear the cache on your laptop or desktop computer, and if that's still not working, you could
try switching to a different browser.
Your final option would be to contact a Cast Member through the chat box in your My Disney Experience mobile app, or
by calling (11) 4700-2835. Any of these options will work just the same, but I recommend chatting with a Cast Member in order to avoid holding on the phone for a long time.
