I'd be happy to help you understand the policies surrounding Memory Maker purchases.

    Memory Maker is a fantastic way for Guests to capture and cherish all of their Walt Disney World Resort vacation memories! With Memory Maker, you'll receive digital downloads of all of the photos and videos of your group captured by Disney PhotoPass service photographers throughout your entire stay. Paulo, Memory Maker is non-refundable, except if purchased as part of a vacation package which includes theme park tickets and a Disney Resort hotel reservation. Per the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions, when purchased as a vacation package add-on, Memory Maker is subject to the cancelation and refund policies of the Disney Resort hotel vacation package.
