I recently dined at
Narcoossee's with a group of friends and I am not exaggerating when I say it was the best meal I have ever had at Walt Disney World! The food is exquisite, especially the Almond-crusted Cheesecake, and you can't beat the view of
Happily Ever After in the evenings. Our reservation was prior to the fireworks, and we were standing on the porch for about 10 minutes before the fireworks began. I understand that your situation is a little bit different.
I reached out to a Cast Member named Randy, and he let me know that while guests previously have been able to dine at Narcoossee's earlier in the evening and return with their day-of receipt to gain access to the porch, it will be best to check with the Cast Member at the host stand at the time of your reservation. He added that allowing guests to return is subject to change due to the popularity of the restaurant and Disney's ongoing review of policies and procedures.
While I'm sure this wasn't the answer you were looking for, I can provide some alternate viewing locations for you, Kimberley! I have frequently enjoyed the fireworks from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort as well as from the patio adjacent to
Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Also, these locations give you an amazing view of the
Electrical Water Pageant, which hits all the nostalgic vibes for me since I first saw it back in 1997. You can also see the fireworks from the grounds of
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, or ooh and ahh while you cruise across Seven Seas Lagoon on a round trip ride from the resort's boat launch. In short, any location is a good one when you're looking at fireworks!
