Hi there, Nicola. Thank you so much for bringing your question to planDisney today. It's never too early to start planning your Walt Disney World holiday - getting excited about the trip is part of the fun!
Nicola, I hope you took advantage of some
magical offers available from the U.K. My first tip, if you haven't already set up a
My Disney Experience Account, please do so now. Your travel agent should be able to supply you with a Will Call confirmation number. It's this number (along with the Lead Passenger Surname) to use when linking tickets in My Disney Experience.
You do need to wait 48 hours after booking directly with the Walt Disney World Travel Company before linking your ticket to My Disney Experience. The wait may be a little longer when using an external travel agent. You can contact your travel agent to confirm their usual timeline and procedures. Once you have linked in My Disney Experience, you will have the same access and capabilities as anyone who booked directly to make an on-the-day purchase a day of
Genie+, for example.
Advanced Dining Reservations open up 60 days ahead of your arrival date. I recommend booking your 'must-do' dining at this point.
Space 220 Restaurant at EPCOT offers a truly out-of-this-world experience, and that's before you even arrive at your table!
Nicola, I hope you have an enchanting time at Walt Disney World, and I will be right here if you have any further questions. Louise
