    Hello I came on April 24 with my Family from Germany. I woud like to book the Android Depot online but it doesnt work. how ca i do it? greet from Munich

    Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Michele, it would be my pleasure to assist you further.

    The reservation system that is currently in place for booking the Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is through a reservation via the Droid Depot page, or via the My Disney Experience mobile app. If the website is not functioning properly you may wish to see if you are using one of the Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers for optimal performance on your computer, and also ensure that the filter for the country is specific to the United States. If you are still experiencing difficulty, kindly contact Walt Disney World Resort – Tours, Recreation for support.

    In preparation for your visit, please ensure you have linked all your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and/or theme park tickets to your Disney account by accessing the My Disney Experience planning page on the top right once you sign in. From that point please ensure you have made your Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations using your valid theme park admission, as this is the process for visiting the theme parks at this time. Try to align your visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios with your reservation for the Droid Depot by reserving your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation as this is required for visiting the theme parks.

    I recommend downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app after you have linked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel and/or theme park tickets to manage your plans before and especially during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. 

    The My Disney Experience mobile app has many helpful features, therefore I would recommend updating the Payment Method from My Profile on the Welcome page to facilitate app transactions, such as Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, purchasing Disney PhotoPass Service photos, adding the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your theme park visit and more. To update the Payment Method on the app, from the Home Page, please tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right which will lead you to the Welcome Michele page. From there, please scroll and tap on My Profile and select Payment Method to add your information. While in My Profile please enable notifications and location settings as well.

    Tip:
    The Disney Genie+ service will enable you to select an arrival window for over 40 attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance thereby saving you time waiting in lines. This option can be added any time after midnight on the day of your theme park visit using the My Disney Experience mobile app, but be prepared to make your first selection promptly at 7:00 AM and you can continue to secure arrival windows for the rest of your day.
