Hello, I have an Anker 60W 6-Port USB Wall Charger, PowerPort I would like to bring aboard the Disney Fantasy. Will this be allowed?

Greetings, Theresa! Welcome back to planDisney. Thanks for bringing us your question

As much as we want to relax and unwind on our Disney Cruise, we also need to keep our phones and tablets charged and ready to capture a photo of that next core moment. I am happy to say that Guests may bring a multiple-port USB charger on board Disney Cruise Line ships, and I have done this several times. However, any electronics brought on board are subject to inspection by the Chief Electrician during embarkation day. Also, be aware that "extension cords, power strips, multi-plugs and surge protectors" are not allowed on board. You can see the full list of Prohibited and Restricted Items on the Disney Cruise Line website.

Theresa, did you know that the Disney Fantasy received some enhancements while dry docked in 2017? These enhancements included the addition of USB ports in each stateroom. So rest assured that you will be as plugged in as you'd like to be while aboard.

I hope this helps answer your question! Please cruise back by with any other questions you may have. I hope you have a most magical sailing.

    Anchors Away!
