Jennifer from MI Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! How can I tell if my tickets, park passes, and Genie+ have been linked to My Disney Experience (MDX)? If these have been linked, does this also mean my Magic bands have also been linked? Thank you.

Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here!  I completely understand that you would like to verify all your plans are set up correctly so you can just relax and enjoy the magic of the 50th Anniversary Celebration.

My Disney Experience is the tool that makes all your tickets, reservations, and plans work together.  Let's go step by step using the My Disney Experience mobile app.  Use the menu button in the lower right corner of the screen to select "Tickets and Passes".  You should be able to view your ticket type, the valid usage dates, and the number of theme park admission days remaining on the ticket.  If you have purchased tickets that include Disney Genie+ service, this should be indicated as well.  If you have multiple tickets and/or Guests linked to your account, you can swipe through to view all the tickets.  Now use the menu button to select "Future Plans".  Here you'll see your Disney Park Pass reservations as well as any dining or Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations you've made.

If you ordered a MagicBand associated with a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel or if you'll be reusing a MagicBand from a previous trip, it is already linked to your profile and will work with your current tickets and reservations.  There is no additional linking you need to do.  If you purchased a new MagicBand at a retail store or at shopDisney.com, you'll need to link it to your account following the instructions on the packaging.  Once linked, your new MagicBand will work seamlessly with all your plans.

If you prefer to use the My Disney Experience website to check your plans and tickets instead of the app, use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select "My Plans".  Here you'll see your resort hotel, dining, and Disney Park Pass reservations.  To view your tickets, select the blue link on the left side of the page that says "Tickets & Memory Maker" just under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" banner.  To view your MagicBands, use the drop-down menu at the top right to select "My MagicBands and Cards".

I hope that helps!  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime.  Enjoy your visit!
