Welcome to planDisney, Bindu!
If you want adventure in the great wide somewhere (and if you want it more than you can tell), then Walt Disney World is the place for you. Adventure is out there! And with The World's Most Magical Celebration currently happening, there's so much EARidescent excitement to experience and enjoy. All you need to do is decide when you're coming!
Bindu, you'll be glad to know that it's really easy to change your Theme Park tickets to another day, as long as you do so prior to the original start date of your ticket. Bear in mind that you may have to pay for any difference in the ticket price (some days are more expensive to visit than others). I'd encourage you to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar beforehand to make sure there's availability for your new trip dates before changing the dates on your tickets. There are basically two simple ways to change your tickets:
Using Your Browser
Sign in to your My Disney Experience account. Go to your "My Plans" page and scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Next, you'll need to click on "Tickets & Memory Maker" to view your ticket. Once you click on the ticket, you should see an option to change the date of your visit.
Using Your My Disney Experience App
Open up your app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and select "Tickets and Passes. Your ticket should appear with the option to modify the date of your visit.
It's as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!
If you have any problems using the above methods, then you're best called "Existing Tickets" and speaking directly to a friendly Cast Member. They have direct access to Mickey Mouse and will be able to give you all the help you need.
Once you have your tickets for the specific days you wish you visit, you can then make Theme Park reservations. If you ever want to change your Theme Park reservations (say, from EPCOT to Magic Kingdom Park), then you'll be glad to know that this is also really easy. All you have to do is sign in to your My Disney Experience account. You should see any current Theme Park reservations. If you're using the app, then go to Future Plans and your reservations should become visible. You should find an option to cancel your current Theme Park reservations. Once you do that, you can then make new reservations at a different Theme Park.
I hope that information is clarifying, Bindu. Before you arrive, make sure you check out what's new in the Theme Parks. If you get a chance, I'd recommend a visit to Disney Springs for some great food, shopping, and entertainment. If you're a fan of cookies (I mean, who isn't?), you'll fall in love with the delicious cookies from Gideon's Bakehouse. To borrow a line from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, "Yes! One bite, and all your dreams will come true."
See ya real soon!
Mike
