Hello, Does Disney World give discounts to military veterans that aren't retired or on active duty? Some veterans no longer have access to bases to buy tickets. Thanks...Dennis

    Hi Dennis!

The specially priced theme parked tickets for Walt Disney World are available for retired and active duty military or disabled veterans. A military id is needed to purchase these tickets. For a non-retired veteran, check with a base ticket office to see what recreational benefits are available for you, but for a direct offer from Disney, you do need to be retired, active, or disabled military.

Check out the Special Offers page which has multiple money saving deals open to everyone. There is a great one now for room discounts.

Your fall trip should be delightful! The Florida weather will be practically perfect. Plus you can attend the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. You can taste your way around the world enjoying specialties from Kenya, amazing plant based dishes, and even a doughnut topped with candy.

Enjoy your visit to see Mickey!
