Hello, Does Disney not give a discount to disabled veterans? I only see that currently its for active and retired members. What about us who were disabled and served our country as well?

    Hi Susana!

Disabled veterans are eligible for various Disney discounts.  An eligible veteran should have a military ID card with the code DAVPRM printed on it.  Disney has a great military promotional discount going on right now for park tickets, but you can also get room discounts as well.  You can get more information on Disney discounts for military personnel here.

A disabled veteran should also consider staying at the Shades of Green.  The Shades of Green is an Armed Forces Recreational Center located in the heart of Walt Disney World; it's located in the Magic Kingdom area just beyond the Polynesian Resort.  A lot of guests love staying at the resort because the rooms are large and on par or less expensive than comparable Disney rooms.  Also the Shades of Green has some great places to dine at a reasonable cost.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
