    Hello,do we need to show a valid id with our e-tickets? I just purchased four tickets(myself,husband and two daughters) and put the wrong last name on my husband, it won't Match his Valid ID. I tried editing the name on the ticket but no luck.

    Regarding your question, I understand your husband's ticket has an incorrect last name. In the case of most standard tickets, it is not necessary to correct the name of a ticket if there is an error. This is because the Cast Member will take a photo of each person in your group to assign the ticket to the Guest when you arrive at the Theme Park entrance. Thereafter, the ticket belongs to the designated Guest.

    However, I fully understand if you still want to correct the name on the ticket. To do this, you will need to call the Tickets phone line. The Cast Member can modify the name on the ticket for you. Before calling, it’s a good idea to have your ticket confirmation number ready.
