Gideon's Bakehouse is a very popular snack location at
Disney Springs, and it looks like they do not accept credits from the Dining Plan. I still think it's worth a visit, especially if it will be your first time trying one of their delicious cookies. If you are looking to use credits on snacks or sweet treats outside of the theme parks, you may want to try these alternate locations in Disney Springs that do accept the Dining Plan:
When you are perusing the menus of these locations, look for the Disney Dining Plan logo next to a menu item. This will indicate that it qualifies as an item under your plan. Also, you can speak with a friendly Cast Member at the register and ask what items are available on the plan; they will be happy to assist you! It is possible that these locations will have both Snacks and Quick Service meal combinations available, so be sure to clarify how you want to use your credits when you order.
