Hiya there, Jim!
What a magical day it is to be planning a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation! Your trip will be here in a flash, so I'm glad you're getting a jumpstart on the planning details.
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is such a fun place to stay! With a family of six, you'll find many opportunities to bond and spend time together. I recommend checking out
Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long or the offerings at
Tri-Circle-D Ranch, like pony rides for the little ones!
Now, let's get down to business, Jim. I understand the trickiness of booking a hotel reservation when Guests have multiple ticket types. I have two options that would help make this run smoothly.
1. If there is another adult in your party, book your Campsite reservation
online under their name. For now, only include Guests who need admission tickets in the reservation. Add those admission tickets as you mentioned to create a vacation package. Then, checkout! Now, you'll want to call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speak with a Cast Member to add the two Annual Passholders to the hotel reservation.
2. Skip the online process entirely and just call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations directly. They will be able to book your Campsite over the phone and only include the tickets in the reservation for those who need them.
Whichever way you choose, you will have the pleasure of being on the receiving end of the kindness of a Walt Disney World Cast Member. They are sure to brighten your day with their delightful demeanor and helpful nature. They can even answer any additional questions you may have about your stay!
Jim, I hope I've helped give you some options to solve this little dilemma! Once you take care of the reservation, you are only step closer to making core memories at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Happy planning,
Ashley
