hello, cbr 6 day/hopper pass, adr, what are the desserts that are offered for lunch and dinner,we have bdp and are trying to save on breakfast cost, thinking if we can save the desserts for breakfast the next day.Any ideas on breakfast tips?

    Stacey:

For the most comprehensive list of menus on the web, I recommend checking out www.allears.net. Click on dining and then choose Resorts.  From there, you can see all of the menus for the resorts.

As a budget-minded mom myself, I like where you are going: trying to save money on breakfast. Here are a few hints:

    • Remember, you'll need your stamina in the parks, so don't just skip breakfast.  Consider packing items that will travel well like granola bars, slim jims, beef jerky, fruit roll-ups, and trail mix.
    • One of the best bargains in the park is fruit!  Consider buying apples, bananas and pears on property to either eat by hand, or cut up for a fruit salad.
    • Some resort stores like those at Fort Wilderness sell donuts by the box.  For less than $4, our family split a box of Entenmann's donuts for breakfast!
    • Consider making a late breakfast/early lunch reservation around 10 or 10:30 a.m.  You'll be able to get the cheaper breakfast fare and be ready to eat more heartily!  Couple eat with an early dinner reservation and you're set!
    Wishing you a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
