Hello, Can furniture/beds be moved in a resort room? We are booking a 2 bedroom villa at copper creek (DVC members) and trying to plan ahead for sleeping arrangements for December (7 adults, and a 7 month old) My parents/sister, and my wives parents

Hey there, Tyler! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

As a Disney Vacation Club Member, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is my "home" resort and favorite place to lay my head after a full day of park touring. I'm so excited to see you'll be experiencing the Christmas season at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

I'm an advance planner like you, so I appreciate that you're thinking about sleeping arrangements in your 2-Bedroom Villa. In speaking with a Cast Member, the official word is that you are not permitted to move furniture in your villa. However, there is a complimentary Pack 'n Play in the closet for your little one that you can place where you like and if it would help, you can request an air mattress on a "first come, first served" basis. If you haven't yet done this, take a look at the floor plan of the 2-Bedroom Villa. It might give you a better idea of usable space and how your party will be most comfortable in the sleeping arrangements.

While you are mapping out sleeping arrangements, don't forget to think about dining! I love to take advantage of my location while I'm at the Walt Disney World Resort and enjoy dining where we stay. If your group is up for some fun antics, I would recommend Whispering Canyon Cafe. This restaurant, in the heart of Disney's Wilderness Lodge, not only has great Signature Skillets but Cast Members who make the whole meal fun and lighthearted.

Tyler, wishing you a wonderful trip "home" filled with Magical memories.
    Thanks for stopping by,
