Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marcella!
I absolutely love that you have described yourself as the manager of your family’s Walt Disney World Resort vacation because I am also in charge of planning my crew’s visits! We are so happy you have stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and we hope to help you plan magical memories.
We all know that life happens and sometimes plans can change – especially during this very peculiar time we are living in. As the
theme parks prepare for reopening, new ticket sales have been temporarily paused and existing ticket holders and Annual Passholders will be able to make theme park reservations before sales resume. It was possible to reassign tickets before provided they had not been used yet, however, you will notice that theme park admission that has already been linked to a Guest on
My Disney Experience cannot currently be reassigned to another person.
If you are planning on
making theme park reservations soon, you will have to assign the tickets to your son and daughter-in-law. Don’t forget that since you are planning together they will have to be included in your Family & Friends list and have valid theme park admission linked to their accounts before you can make a theme park reservation. If they unfortunately cannot accompany you and the option to reassign tickets on My Disney Experience is unavailable, I recommend contacting (407) 566-4985 to discuss these existing tickets.
Thank you so much for taking the time to send us a question! I hope this helps you while planning and that you stop by once again real soon!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
