Disney World when they were toddlers, understanding the
height requirements for attractions was something we always had to consider...
Height requirements are
always with shoes on. Disney Cast Members will never ask children to remove their shoes if their height may be measured before entering any theme park attraction.
In terms of what he may or may not be able to ride, it widely varies. There are numerous rides with no height restrictions, some set to at least 32" or taller; so on and so forth.
Each park has their own restrictions, but as a sample, here are the height restrictions at
Disney's Magic Kingdom:
*Astro Orbiter – Any height
*The Barnstormer – Guests must be 35 inches (89 centimeters) or taller
*Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – Guests must be 40 inches (102 centimeters) or taller
*Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin – Any height
*Dumbo the Flying Elephant – Any height
*Haunted Mansion – Any height
*“it’s all world” – Any height
*Jungle Cruise – Any height
*Mad Tea Party – Any height
