Hi there Nikita!
So glad you charted a course for planDisney! A Disney Cruise Line vacation is like no other because of
all that's included in your cruise reservation. Plus, there's truly something for everyone, which makes it an ideal vacation for groups traveling together!
Currently, there aren’t any group discounts with Disney Cruise Line. But it’s already at a really great price point, especially considering all the unlimited food and select beverages, a boatload of activities and entertainment, lots of Disney characters, and specially dedicated areas for both kids and grown-ups alike.
To stretch your Disney dollars, I can give you a few tips that might help when you and your crew are making your reservations. First, see if there are any
Special Offers available for your itinerary. Captain Mickey is adding to this list all the time, so keep checking back for updates.
Second, you could consider choosing a Guaranteed Rate (GTY) stateroom. The way this works is that you do not select a specific stateroom, but instead you choose from the category of staterooms and your stateroom will be assigned at a later date. So, for example, if you went with a “Guaranteed Oceanview Stateroom” rate, you will be guaranteed at least to have an Oceanview stateroom assigned to you when your sail date gets closer. These rates are not available on all voyages, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
Since Disney Cruise Line offers
multiple stateroom categories, everyone in your group can choose the one that best suits their needs and budget. Finally, choosing an itinerary with fewer days can be helpful. Your group could also avoid the holidays and popular travel times like Spring Break as those cruises tend to be in high demand.
If you need further assistance making your reservation,
talk to a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist. And as always, planDisney panelists will be here to answer any questions that you have. Hope this has you eager to book a Disney cruise real soon!
Bon Voyage,
Sherry
