Hello! Am I able to bring in my electric kick scooter at the parks? I am hoping to find adequate storage so that I don’t have to walk it all over the park but if I am unable to is it okay to bring it in as long as I don’t use it?

    Hiya Karla!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending your Disneyland Resort planning question our way!

Of all of the transportation methods Guests can take to get to their Disney day, the Disneyland.com website doesn't yet have any information about scooters. (Which is interesting given the prevalence of rentable e-scooters that one can use to get around the immediate area.)

Scooters, both motorized as well as human-powered, sadly are not allowed inside the parks. There are extra large rentable lockers that can hold large suitcases which I imagine might be around the same size as your scooter; however, these are within the perimeter of the security check zone. While you might not have the intention to use your scooter in the park, it's up to the Cast Members at these security checks to either allow or deny your ride to get it to the lockers. If your cruiser is officially a no-go, there are bike rack spaces near the Harbor Blvd entrance.

I do have an alternate solution, though, which is to check it with Bell Services (the luggage hold area) at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels. Not only will your wheels be welcomed, it might even be a bit of a budget saver as you'll only have to tip the Bell person. The Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel might be your best bets as you can get to both on foot without having to show a room key like at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
