    Hello, After missing the past year due to COVID my family and I will be travelling to Disney World over Christmas. In order to cross the boarder home to Canada we will need a COVID test. Are there any locations near Disney World, if not any close by?

    Welcome back to the magic! The holidays are a fabulous time to visit Walt Disney World! The parks and resorts are decked out in festive attire, but you will not have to deal with frigid winter weather in sunny, warm Central Florida! Expect to be delighted by the sight of zillions of twinkling lights, thousands of poinsettias, and hundreds of brilliantly decorated Christmas trees.

    Multiple choices for COVID-19 testing are found only a rideshare away from Walt Disney World. Major pharmacy chains such as CVS and Walgreens provide testing near the resort. You may make your appointment online in advance and Walgreens offers drive thru tests. AdventHealth Centra Care Orange Lake and AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Buena Vista provide testing with advance appointments as well. The Orlando International Airport also has a COVID-19 test site. The Florida Department of Emergency Management's Maingate Complex that offered testing near Disney's Animal Kingdom is closed, though this location still tends to pop up during a browser search.

    Looking for some extra park time during your visit? Consider the Disney Very Merriest After Hours party. With lower attendance, endless popcorn and sweet treats, and its own special parade and fireworks, this event is indeed the very merriest evening you can experience.
