    Hello, a friends of us has some children's Tickets - but i must have adult Tickets -the Tickets are new and not used-can i change it in Adult Tickets when i will visit Disney in September ?

    Hey Marianne-

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I would love to have friends like yours with tickets to Walt Disney World Resort to give away. These theme park tickets are magical and your trip will be a blast! September is a great time to visit with low crowds and the theme parks and resorts gearing up for the fall holiday season.

    If the theme park base ticket is unused and unlinked to a Disney account through My Disney Experience then you will be able to upgrade them at Guest Relations at any theme park. According to the Walt Disney World Resort website, “Ticket upgrades must be made in person at any of the following locations at Walt Disney World Resort:
    • Ticket windows at theme parks and water parks
    • Concierge desks at Disney Resort hotels
    • Guest Relations at the Downtown Disney Area.”

    Tickets that are linked may be able to be transferred to you. Please call 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) and speak with a Cast Member. Tickets that are partially used may not be transferred.
