Helllo there DPMP, If my 6 year old and I want to go to Polynesian Village for lunch how long will it take us from the Magic Kingdom? Also if we take an uber how close to the entrance can we be dropped off?

Hi Daniel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Do you realize that you will be exploring Magic Kingdom Park in just a few days?! I bet you are SO excited! It is a great time to visit with Mickey and Minnie's Surprise Celebration taking place. They are the CUTEST in their party outfits!

I am happy to say that Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is right around the corner from Magic Kingdom Park. You can get there by water launch or Resort Monorail and I would expect each to take about 20 minutes. If you are trying to get to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort at a specific time for a dining reservation, I would recommend you plan to exit Magic Kingdom Park around 30-45 minutes early, just in case there are any transportation delays. You want to make sure you don't miss your dining reservation!

When traveling by ride-sharing service to Magic Kingdom Park, you will be dropped off at the Transportation and Ticket Center. This means you will hop on the ferryboat or Express Monorail to head over to Magic Kingdom Park from there. The only transportation options that put you closer to the gate are the Walt Disney World buses or Minnie Van Service.

I hope this helps with the planning for your wonderful vacation, Daniel! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
