Hello there, Beatriz!
You and your family will be here in my sunny state of Florida before you know it. There are so many wonders that await you at the Most Magical Place on Earth. As a person who has been a part of a few groups that utilized the
Disability Access Service (DAS), I can share some insight about the program.
DAS services Guests who have trouble waiting in attraction queues for an extended amount of time, so if you feel like this describes a person in your party, it may be something to look into.
However, Guests who live in countries outside of the United States and Canada cannot pre-register online for DAS. On your first theme park day at Walt Disney World Resort, visit Guest Services near the front entrance of any theme park to speak to a Cast Member to see if you qualify for DAS. It's a relatively fast process, so you'll be set up with everything you need (like creating your first
Lightning Lane attraction selection) and get on with the rest of your day.
I hope that your children find more than a bit of magic during your vacation. Beyond thrilling rides like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, enjoy eating around the world during the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and watch theatrical shows around the four theme parks. Please
let us know here at planDisney if you have any other questions or need additional suggestions as your most magical approaches. Beatriz, I'd be more than happy to help!
Magic always,
LeAndra
