Are there any height restrictions for the water slides at the Polynesian Resort?

Hello Erica and thank you for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about your upcoming magical stay at Walt Disney World Resort.
Each Disney Resort hotel has something unique which I love about it, but the stunningly beautiful Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has everything I love!! From the romantic and tropical decor to the sights and sounds of the islands, the Poly has to be my favourite Disney Resort of all time.
There are 2 Pools at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort; the Lava Pool with it's 42 foot-long water slide and the quieter Oasis Pool where Guests can gently swim-away their Disney Theme Park fatigue.
For everyone's safety there are of course general pool rules posted at each Disney Resort pool, but I don't believe there are any height restrictions as such.
Young Mouseketteers must be able to confidently swim and use the slides by themselves and are not permitted to sit on another Guests lap when sliding.
Walt Disney World Resort is simply Wild About Safety and if you're ever in any doubt at all about any aspects of Resort or Theme Park safety, just seek the advice of the nearest available Cast Member.
    Have a splashtastic Disney day.
