Is the height requirement with or without shoes? I have an adventurous DD4 who without shoes is 42 inches. We are going to WDW in Feb 2011, so she still has a bit of time to grow. But I do not want to leave her out of anything her older brother does.

    Hi Erin!
Thank you for your question! Honestly, I have never seen a cast member ask kids to remove their shoes to see if they're tall enough. As a child I was measured many times for attractions and this was always done with my shoes on. My kids have enjoyed many attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, some of them with height requirements and they have also been measured with their shoes on. When I say shoes I mean sneakers or sandals so they don't make that much difference. Since height restrictions are there for your safety, make sure your little princess is tall enough to ride any attraction.
    Have a magical vacation!
