What is the height requirement for Sum of all Thrills the design your own roller coaster attraction? As I recall there are two options - one for mild ride and one for a more adventurous ride.

    Hi Krista,

    Thanks for your question!

The height requirement Sum of All Thrills, which allows guest to design and "ride" their own roller coasters, is 48 inches. If a guest designs a wilder ride that includes an inversion, the height requirement is 54 inches.

Sum of All Thrills roller coaster simulator is one of my daughters' favorite attractions at Epcot. They are much more adventurous than I am (which means I haven't personally experienced the attraction), so I am relying on their expertise in answering the second part of your question.

According to them,  there are a number of choices you make as you come up with your design that determine whether your ride is more low-key or over-the-top -- or somewhere in between.

I hope that's helpful. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you as you plan your Walt Disney World Vacation.

    Enjoy!

    Wilma.
