What is the height requirement for the slide at the Ft. Wilderness?

    Hi Vicky,

I don't believe there is a height requirement at the resort slides.  I know it is a brand new slide and I haven't stayed at Fort Wilderness is a few years, but I have stayed at many WDW resorts with slides.

My daughter is only 4 now.  She has been going down the resort slides since she was 2.  There is always a life guard at the entrance of the slide.  They will not allow children to go down two at a time, or on a parent's lap.  The resorts do have life jackets that you can borrow at no charge for the duration of your stay.  Some small children choose to wear them down the slides.

    Have a great trip

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, New Jersey

I have been fortunate enough to be on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel since 2008.  As a Disney World enthusiast, I can’t imagine a greater opportunity.  My husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and I visit WDW a few times a year.
