    Hello. With a heavy heart I need to cancel my reservation. We have an illness. Can you help me with this?

    Cindy, I am so sorry to hear that you will have to cancel your trip to Walt Disney World Resort. This process can be done online through your My Disney Experience account so let's walk through these steps. 

    From your My Disney Experience account, go to your "My Plans" section. Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. On the far right, you should see an option to "Cancel Reservation" or "Modify Reservation". From there you should be able to follow the prompts and have this reservation canceled. If you do not see these options, there may also be a brief wording that you have to call a number provided to get this taken care of. If you did want to speak to a Cast Member for this, you also have the option to call Disney at (407) 939-1936.
