    Hi Heather, I am a mother of four, 17, 13,10, and 8 year old. What do you recommend is the best way to plan a vacation, on the website or by calling them. This will be my first time going to Disney, we are driving there from Philadelphia.

    How exciting!!  We used to live in West Chester.  I generally plan through the website and then save my itinerary before purchasing.  Secondly, I  follow up with a phone call to 407-w-disney and plan a second itinerary to see if I can attain a lower rate.  If I can, I will book it through the agent, if not I say no thank you and end the call.  I will then go back online to saved itineraries and book.  This has worked both ways for us.  Hope you have a fabulous trip!!!
