    I've heard such wonderful things about Flo's V8 Diner. I had planned to go there for lunch during our stay in December, but it doesn't seem like they have a lunch menu. Are they open for lunch? Thank so much!!

    Flo’s V8 Café is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it’s actually my number one dining recommendation in Cars Land! At both lunch and dinner, it features classic American cuisine with a fresh spin. This isn’t your typical theme park food! 

    My go-to meal is one of the home-style rotisserie classics, like the pork loin, turkey or New York strip loin. I love how you can choose your own side dishes. If you’ve got room for dessert, their single-serving fruit pies are an amazing treat. The décor is just as imaginative as the menu and is inspired by the timeless drive-up diners along Route 66. Take a seat on the open-air patio or in one of the whimsical, window-lined dining rooms to enjoy a spectacular view of the Cadillac Mountain Range as cars speed by on the Radiator Springs Racers attraction!
