I've heard that at Whispering Canyon they don't allow guests to share food, but if every member of the party get their own different skillet even this way you won't be allow to share??

    Hiya Wilson!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your Whispering Canyon Café question. You’re in for a rootin’-tootin’ good time at this lively dining spot! The skillets are delicious, the atmosphere is filled with Wild West fun, and the Cast Members? They’re the real stars—bringing so much personality to your meal that it’s almost impossible not to leave smiling.

Now, let’s mosey on into your question! The skillets at Whispering Canyon Café are all-you-care-to-enjoy, and they are absolutely delightful. If everyone at your table orders their own skillet, you can definitely share and try a little bite from each other’s plates. My friend and I did exactly that after a runDisney race—we ordered two different skillets, swapped bites, and had the best time tasting everything! The main challenge usually comes when not everyone at the table orders a skillet, so as long as your whole party does, you’re good to go. And just wait until someone asks for the ketchup… that’s when the fun really begins!

I also noticed that you’ll be visiting Wilderness Lodge in December, and oh my goodness—you’re in for something truly magical. The Lodge during the holidays is cozy, warm, and absolutely stunning. The towering Christmas tree, the fireplaces crackling, the garlands and twinkling lights… it feels like stepping right into a holiday postcard. It’s one of my favorite resorts to visit that time of year.

Wilson, I hope this helps! If you have any more questions as you plan your holly-jolly adventure, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
