Hi! ive heard so much about the Tonga toast and the Poly and would like to try it for my first trip to wdw. Should i really make reservations or can i just hope for seating? going may19-23. dont know if i should go there first or save it for our last day.

    Hi Mei,

Mmmm...tonga toast!  Ahhh!!  You are talking about banana stuffed sourdough bread, rolled in cinnamon sugar, right??  You will be happy to know that you do not have to make dining reservations to partake of this banana madness!! It is served at Captain Cook's, which is a counter service restaurant, in addition to Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  So now you can go your first and last day of your Disney vacation!!

    Have a magical day!
