Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tara. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!
You are correct; the Children's Activity Centers, like Lilo's Playhouse, will be closing this summer. Not to fret!
The Disney Parks Blog announced that Pixar Play Zone at Disney's Contemporary Resort is now accepting reservations for a brand-new, kids-only night out.
Pixar Play Zone is an immersive character experience offered nightly for kiddos ages 4-12. Children may be registered as early as 5:00 PM for an evening filled with fun games and activities based on popular Pixar films like The Incredibles, Toy Story, and Cars. A kid-friendly dinner and dessert are served too! Reservations can be made by calling (407) 824-KIDS or (407) 824-5437. Availability is limited for this incredible experience, so reservations are recommended.
I have a little one who's
too little for Pixar Play Zone, so I just made arrangements for her to spend the evening with an
in-room babysitter from Kid's Nite Out while my husband and I enjoy a quiet dinner for two in
Disney Springs. If you have a kiddo under the age of 4, or you'd prefer the convenience of having a babysitter come right to your Resort hotel room, I'm happy to tell you that booking a sitter from Kid's Nite Out was exceptionally easy! I made my reservation online at kidsniteout.com/in-room-sitter/, but Guests can also call (407) 828-0920.
I hope this was helpful. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
