I have heard that u can swap 3 snack credits for a meal. Is that true? If so, for all dining plans ; quick service or table service? Thank you Linda

    Hello Linda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a very good question.

I really enjoy adding a Disney Dining Plan to my family’s Magic Your Way Vacation packages. They really give you the feel of all all-inclusive vacation and it’s just great not having to worry about meals because they are already paid for!

All Disney Dining Plans offer Guests two snacks for each night of their stay, and you can redeem your credits at several dining and merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.  Although it is not possible to use snack credits to purchase quick-service or table-service meals, I believe that if you use them wisely you can actually end up with pretty much a meal!

I redeem my snack entitlements in the morning to have breakfast at my Disney Resort hotel or at the parks while visiting on the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan or the Disney Dining Plan. I enjoy purchasing items such as oatmeal, grits, cookies, brownies, pastries, doughnuts, a Mickey waffle with strawberries, hot tea, hot cocoa, coffee, or bottled juice. Besides the quick-service location at my Disney Resort hotel, some of my favorite places to go for breakfast to redeem snack credits are: Main Street Bakery and Sleepy Hollow Refreshments at Magic Kingdom Park (for their delicious Mickey waffle with strawberries and their famous funnel cake), Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie at Epcot, and Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company kiosks located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort (their doughnuts and coffee are amazing).

I hope this helps you while planning, Linda! Please come back to visit us if you have additional questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
