Just heard about the Sorcerors of the Magic Kingdom. We are coming in August. Can you tell me more about it? Is there a charge for the interactive maps? Is there something I can buy before we go to get my boys excited about the game?

    Hi Bridget,

There is nothing to buy in advance for the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game. When you get to the park, stop by the Fire Station on Main Street. They'll give you a quick training session and your first card packs.

Then you can go into the park and play the game. At various points, you can make choices on how to proceed by holding up one of your cards to a special sensor. The sensor will activate some electronics and give you further instructions.

Each day you go to the park, you can collect more cards, giving you more playing options. You can even trade cards with friends and other park goers.

I hope you and your boys have a great time learning about this new Disney tradition.
